The corrugated metal I had a number of offers. I wasn't sure what it was worth. I accepted a bulk offer and they failed to follow through. When that didn't work out after a few weeks the others were no longer interested or they just wanted one sheet so it wasn't really worth the time to contact them again.

I think it should sell for $1-4 a square foot. Selling a sheet at a time is a hassle, but there does appear to be some demand for it.

I accepted a number of other offers (ladder $50 then $25, bikes $50) and they just never responded back.

I have mostly found craigslist to be more trouble than it is worth. Some do great with it though. Location is a major factor I think. Facebook has generally been easier but you still get the same lookie-loos and run around there some times.
